Excellent service from our work person, Andrew(?). Very professional, courteous, explained many things to us, and careful with our apartment. I should learn more about the ZeroRes process though; I am not sure how much "steam cleaning" it actually does to kill possible germs in the carpet or upholstery. The cleaning water/solution seemed like a cold process.

Our tech, James, was really knowledgeable and walked us through the cleaning process. He listened and asked questions to make sure he was gonna help address all of our carpet concerns. We've gone with less expensive carpet cleaning companies in the past and they soiled our carpets with the solution they applied - James helped remove all the soil stains/markings and went the extra mile.
Straightforward pricing, convenient location and always timely. Russel was great and even showed up early for our scheduled appoint time. Greatly appreciate his knowledge and efforts on our carpet cleaning. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing service ! Super professional , they explain everything , and the person that did my job was super polite and worked really hard , I’m definitely doing my couches again with them !!
Andrew was polite and communicative about the process. He was also very careful working, while practicing COVID-19 practices. I would ask for him again.
