Good carpet cleaning
I was left with yellow streaks on my carpet in the hallway where I had a “treatment” done for high traffic area and when I called back to have someone come back out, the guy came and redid the area but the stains remain and he told us that the stains were there, which they were not and he has the photos to prove it. So now I have yellow streaks that are stains in my hallway between the bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Not happy at all, especially since he blamed me for the floors being like that when the pictures prove otherwise.

The job gets done very well, but more than that the employees are phenomenal.
Shoe covers should be worn at all times when walking on carpet and should be taken off when going outside and put back on when re-entering the home. Shoes shouldn't be uncovered during cleaning. It defeats the purpose of cleaning for if your dirty shoes are tracking additional dirt through the house. I'll have to have my carpet re-cleaned to feel that it's clean again.

My technician Brandon was EXTREMELY personable, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to have in my home. He did a very good job. And to no fault of his own, but, I feel like the “system” of cleaning the carpets is not necessarily the best out there. I was willing to try a new company based off of recommendations. I love the customer service and like I said the technician was awesome.
When I went back to put stuff away 2 days later I noticed some spots and when I took a white face cloth with just water I was able to get a decent amount of dirt up from the spots which was a disappointment. I am just not sure how “clean” they actually are. They feel better under my feet and my tile downstairs definitely feels better and looks cleaner.
I requested service for 3 area rugs. One was unfortunately stained by our daughter's dog. The technician was very knowledgeable about the materials the rug was made of and very honest in his assessment that he could not clean the rug and it needed to go back to the shop to be cleaned. The 2 technicians were very respectful of our home and cleaned any places on the wood floor that got wet from the cleaning solution. I've used Zerorez for years because of the quality of service and professionalism of the technicians.
Technician called before arrival, arrived in a timely manner and was very respectful of my house. He did an outstanding job on my carpets.

The employee that came to clean our carpet and couch was very professional. He verified the work we wanted done before starting and made sure to clean up after himself. I noticed on more than one occasion he was sweeping the hardwood floors. He also stopped vacuuming to come down the hallway and move the hose instead of pulling it along my molding. He went the extra mile. Great Job!! Thanks.

Zerorez of Jacksonville is a great company. I would give them a 10 if I could!
Max, the tech was the best person I've ever had clean my carpets. He was responsive, courteous and kind.
He did a fantastic job and explained everything thoroughly. I would be ecstatic not only to have him come out and provide the service again, but if it was my company I would hire him immediately.
Max is a great asset to his employer and in fact, as far as I'm concerned, he should get a huge raise, because that is how good of an experience he provided. Thank you Max, and thank-you Zerorez. I look forward to having you out again very soon to clean my carpets and other areas of my home as well.
