We have been repeat customers but this time the truck came and young man was not prepared with protection for the walls... wasted time!!! He should have checked his truck to ensure all supplies needed were i. There before leaving his ship and coming to the job!!
I might try one more time in about 6 mos but we will see! I wasted a lot of time waiting for him to be rescued by a coworker and had to cancell lunch with a sick friend . Thank you

Good job by good staff. Too early to tell if dog smell have been eliminated.
Zerorez normally cleans my carpet without any issues. This time, however, several spots appeared on the carpet where there had not been any spots before cleaning. In addition, one particular spot that we pointed out to Max went from about 3" by 4" to about 6" by 8". We have requested and scheduled a re-treatment.
