Excellent service from our work person, Andrew(?). Very professional, courteous, explained many things to us, and careful with our apartment. I should learn more about the ZeroRes process though; I am not sure how much "steam cleaning" it actually does to kill possible germs in the carpet or upholstery. The cleaning water/solution seemed like a cold process.

Our tech, James, was really knowledgeable and walked us through the cleaning process. He listened and asked questions to make sure he was gonna help address all of our carpet concerns. We've gone with less expensive carpet cleaning companies in the past and they soiled our carpets with the solution they applied - James helped remove all the soil stains/markings and went the extra mile.
Straightforward pricing, convenient location and always timely. Russel was great and even showed up early for our scheduled appoint time. Greatly appreciate his knowledge and efforts on our carpet cleaning. Would definitely recommend!

I was apprehensive on having white chairs cleaned. I was scared there would be dirt streaks on these expensive chairs. Well happy to report, they look awesome! They performed the carpet to my expectations as well. This is the second time I have used them and I was not disappointed.
