Promptness and my technician did an excellent job!

The staff has always been very professional, polite, and efficient. We have been very pleased with our wall to wall carpet cleaning and tile/grout cleaning.

Was told I could get a small part of a sofa cleaned since there was a minimum charge and cleaner would no do this.

Price was reasonable for expectations. Making the appointment was easy and response was rapid. My carpet is heavily trafficked and did require a comeback. You sent Russell Julin to the rescue! Your focus was on a satisfied customer. Russell was amazing and sensitive to the area of concerns for the carpet tile and grout. He went about providing excellent results. He managed that machine so that the tile was clean from baseboard to baseboard nothing left behind! He resealed beautifully and went over the carpets thoroughly for the best possible results. He explained and showed me how certain areas had fibers that prayed a bit and that's why it looked a little different. From step one to ten he handled everything like a real professional and I would be happy to have him back anytime in the future. I do recommend Zerores and I recommend Russell Julin for the best possible experience!

My representative Colin was very nice and friendly. He did not have enough styrofoam blocks for my furniture, he made a call and another rep came with the blocks and stayed to assist Colin putting on the protectant ( sorry can’t remember his name) .

Colin did a great job getting spots out and took some extra effort to remove glue residue,,,,,Yeah.
Very pleased with the end results of my entire carpet in e rooms and a large recliner,.

This is a very professional business. Not only did they confirm time and info with me twice, Dale, the technician called me promptly the day of my appointment to confirm and give me a specific time of arrival and a link to follow his vehicle. Upon arriving, he quickly provided an estimate on extra work I was considering. I wound up having all carpets and all tile cleaned on the same day. The carpet work was fantastic and Dale got out two stains I thought were permanent! The tile was steam cleaned and I elected to have the grout sealed. In most spots it looked like new even though it had been down 8 years! I listed my house a week later and had multiple offers in first 48 hours and I am sure the appearance of the floors made an impact. I will use them again in my new home!!

So far, so good. I dropped off my rugs and a very helpful and knowledgeable person checked me in. I haven't received the rugs yet as they were just dropped off but again, so far, so good.
