Good service and product!

Service was quick and professional. Tech was sure to ask if there was anything he could help us with, was careful of furniture.

We've used Zerorez before and have always been pleased with the results. The technicians are always prompt, courteous and efficient. They take very little time, do their best to remove any difficult spots, then check to be sure we are pleased with the results. We are left with clean carpets that dry quickly and remain clean for a long time.

The young man providing the service was on time, listened to our needs, and did an outstanding job. We were very pleased with our first experience with Zerorez.

The smell from my dog is still there. Not as strong but still one is aware. Also my carpet at the top of the stairs was stiff feeling. I'm not sure what would cause that. Maybe its a quality of the carpet itself as this is the first time I've had it cleaned. I was just disappointed.

Products are pet friendly. Service only took about 1 hour to clean 3 rooms!
