Good job. However, grout against the wall in foyer under door jam was not cleaned. I had offered to remove the door jam so that could have been done.

Our carpet looks great. The technician was super friendly and very knowledgeable
Stairs were very wet so I used my personal carpet cleaner to suck up the water and was also shocked to see how much dirt was still in the carpet.

How clean and fresh the carpet, area rugs and floors came out. I know your products won’t leave a residue that attracts dirt which is why I chose Zerorez. Your tech, Austin, was very nice and knowledgeable. He took extra care covering his shoes and constantly wiping the floor as he moved from room to room. We are very pleased.
