Grea service
Easy scheduling. Good communication. Technician was prompt and courteous. Did a good job on most of the rugs though there was one area that didn’t come too clean. He offered to reclean it but he had already put away all the equipment and I thought maybe it would look better after it dried. It doesn’t. The tile/grout was done well in the kitchen but some areas don’t look as clean as others. He did a good job in the bathroom tile. I think your technicians should wear a mask or at least ask if the customer wants them to wear a mask. One thing I have to say about the technician, Austin, is he was a little unprofessional. He was very friendly which is not a bad thing but when a technician starts showing you pictures of his daughter and going on and on about her and “how he just wanted to cuddle with her this morning” I think that is over the top. When he was all done I really just wanted him to leave (he had been here several hours which was more than necessary because he talked so much) and yet he then proceeded to show my husband, who had just gotten home from work, pictures of his daughter and talk for another 15 minutes. I hate to complain and overall he did a good job but he needs to be a little more professional.

Carpets are really clean, love the method used. Service people friendly, ask questions about any stains needing extra attention. Follow up before to confirm appointment and after is very good and appreciated. Thank you
Very disappointed in how the leather couches turned out.
I was expecting more than a person spending 45 minutes rubbing them with a rag. They were dirty from a dog and kids before they were cleaned and they're still dirty. The service should NOT be called cleaning. There was zero cleaning done. It should be called conditioning. I paid $350 and still have dirty couches.

The technician was amazing. He was professional, polite and did wonders with our tile. My master bathroom looks brand new and I thought we were going to have to regrout it.

Nick and Camren did a fantastic job, they were on time, very professional and very thorough. They both did a great job educating us on the process and products being used and were very knowledgeable answering our questions. Overall a wonderful experience and will definitely use them again!

The experience was easy, and smooth. The representative on the phone was so polite and helpful.
It was picked up and dropped off without me having to miss work to meet them. The instructions were followed to the letter.
Best of all, the initial quote was actually higher than the final charge!(which is almost always unheard of)
