I was upsold the bio spray to help with the smell removal. The smell is 0% removed. I had signed up for the pad extraction method and all and I’m not even sure that was part of what was done? In any case this was essentially a waste of a lot of money. If the smell had even been mildly improved I would be thrilled. That is not the case at all. The service person who came out was super nice and knowledgeable seeming. I just wish the actual service was good. Who knows what else was left behind on the carpets.
$500 to service a master shower is way too expensive.
Major was phenomenal! Zerorez products did an amazing job on my carpets and I am 100% satisfied!!! I will use them again in the future.
The cleanliness
Great communication before the appointment, scheduling and estimates are simple, courteous technicians.
I had my carpets cleaned one week and my Travertine kitchen floor cleaned and sealed the next. I am so happy with the results of both. It was incredible to see the embedded dirt lift right up out of the tile, my floors look like they did when they were newly installed.
AUSTIN did a great job. Very professional. Didn't leave until the job was done. Also, extremely personable and he wanted to make sure we were satisfied.

I have been using the services of ZeroRez for years and I have always found the drivers to be courteous and professional. They have extensive knowledge of how to treat stains and preserve the integrity of the carpet. I appreciate their insight and recommendations.
Service was excellent and our representative was very knowledgeable and well spoken.
Have the tech explain the cost prior to starting the job. Meaning off the additional products are wanted give the customer a complete price. Example: When a tech states a price to the customer be explicit of the price, product costs $40.00, and covers all rooms. He should have stated product cost is $40.00 per room . The cost of additional services/products is $120.00 for all 3 rooms plus the $147.00 for the initial cleaning service. For a grand total of $267.00, rather than saying something like this, “it’s $40.00 additional for the product/service.” Thus the customer is saying ok to $187.00 for the complete total of products/services”. As you can see the customer can easily be confused by the techs verbiage. It’s very confusing to the customer.

Cameron was a pure gentleman from the time he came in the door until, the time he packed his supplies and left. He was very knowledgeable about the products and explained everything to us and even helped us to make some good decisions concerning our floors. He was a diligent worker and I would definitely have him do our floors again and plan on recommending him and Zerorez’s services to friends and family. The floors and carpet look great, smell fresh, and we know that all the products used are safe. Excellent service!
Ramiro, the certified technician who cleaned our carpet and tile was great. He was very knowledgeable in assessing our floors and made appropriate recommendations. Then he got right to work and did a terrific job all in about 3 hours. We highly recommend ZeroRez.. ask for Ramiro!
The technician explained his procedure for cleaning our carpets and that some spots might not come out. A few spots are still there but the majority have been removed.
