Zerorez is the best at removing pet stains from carpets! Zach did a fantastic job! I wasn’t sure if my carpet was salvageable due to elderly pets with medical conditions that made a lot of stains. Zach proved me completely wrong! My carpet looks brand new! I’ve never had good experiences with carpet cleaning, the stains never came completely out or they all came back in a few days. I’m glad I took a chance and trusted Zerorez to clean my carpets, I’m a believer that even heavily stained carpets can be cleaned. I have used Zerorez twice abd will continue using them. If you’re on the fence between companies, take a chance on Zerorez. Highly recommended!!

Technician, Logan, is outstanding. Hard worker and extremely pleasant wanting to please the customer. You could not have a better employee. The Zerorez process, however, of not using a solvent, only hot water, did not remove all of the dirt/stain from our carpets and furniture as was accomplished three years ago when we used Zerorez. We obviously must do a better job of Not soiling our carpets and furniture and understand the limitations of Zeroez.Our problem is Not attributable to Logan. In fact, we intend to ask for him when we request Zeroez to clean our tile floors next month.

My tile floors looks very good. I saved 2 rooms for later that were hardly used. I can tell a great difference on the floors. The technician was very knowledgeable and it was finished in less tha 4 hours.
