Technician /Zachary M did an outstanding job explaining the cleaning process and answering our questions. He was extremely courteous, friendly, helpful, and did such a great job cleaning. White sofa looks like new and carpet looks 100% better! Highly recommend Zerorez!

3rd time using them in 3 months
The technician took a look at the high quality of our area rugs and recommended they take the rugs to their shop in Jacksonville for a better cleaning process. This is in lieu of cleaning them at our home with their portable cleaning equipment. The cost to take them back to their facility is obviously more but the rugs could use a deep cleaning. The rugs are being picked up later in the month and will be at their facility for approximately 10 days. We are looking forward to the finished product and we will be better abled to provide an accurate evaluation...so far so good.. The reviews we read before calling them to come to our home were all very good so we have reason to believe their process will provide a great end product.
First of all your staff. The young man that did the work on my home was a very polite and professional young man. Second is the product. The carpet just feels fresh and clean when the job is finished. I am so glad I tried ZeroRez.

Technician was courteous and informative about our options to get the most for our money. Worked efficiently and ensured the hoses used did not damage the corners of cabinets and walks. This is our 4th service call to them and they do a great job. Have them also cleaning carpets and furniture at my mother’s house in central Florida. Thanks zerorez!!!!
Scheduling was very easy. Woman on telephone was helpful and friendly. The worker, Cameron, called to confirm appointment, and came a little early. He was thorough, and asked that I inspect his work. He was careful around my dog and cat. I tipped him for doing a good job.

We have used you for several years. Try to clean our grout once a year - now whole house.
This is the first time we haven't been totally pleased. In two rooms - sun room and family room there were large patches of a gritty residue on the floors. We had to wet mop to remove. Didn't realize this until floors had totally dried so technician was long gone. Also, in one of the doorways around the edges there was dirt which I had to get on hands and knees to clean with a wet cloth. My husband noticed a nick in a column and a small dent on an edge of our metal front door that wasn't there before.
Other than the above the floors looked great. In the past we've had no complaints. Only glowing results. We're hoping next year when we call you we won't run into the same problems.
