3) The tech was very professional and did an excellent job explaining the process and making sure he was doing exactly what I wanted.
4) The finished product exceeded my expectations and my carpet looks better than it has in years.

The first treatment of my carpet was not up to the service I had received before , however when I called for a retreatment of the carpet the technician s did a super job. I have used this company three times & highly recommend them. Thank you.

The traffic patterns on the bedroom carpets were still evident. After It was mentioned the tech work very hard on one and that turned out to be the best job. I should have had him work more on the other two but he had already been working for two hours so I just him go.
My tech was extremely nice and professional. My floors did come clean. I am just disappointed on how much this cost. 700.00 for 2 1/2 hrs of work. I would get my floors cleaned by this company more often if it was more affordable.
