I left a super detailed Google review, but every step of this process with this company has been amazing! Kendall provided above and beyond customer service, he was so kind and patient with my questions and he was eager to help educate me on the how and why of different stuff about getting my carpets cleaned and doing the bio treatment for the pet urine. His communication was so on point. He did a great job and my carpet looks, feels and smells beautiful. It dried quicker than he said which was awesome and I could tell he was just really thorough and he really wanted to be helpful and take care of our needs. I expected a guy working a physical labor job on a Saturday to maybe cut corners and wanna get out of there fast and he was the exact opposite. I am so pleased with the work and yall have a lifetime customer out of me because of that. Someone give that boy a raise! He deserves 20/10 stars!

Ramiro Jaenz did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. He arrived on schedule and was professional as he did a thorough cleaning. He answered any questions we had regarding the carpet cleaning process. He gave us some slippers to use to be able to walk on the carpet before it was totally dry.
Rod, my technician was great! He called about 35 mins before arrival to make sure I would be home. He was on time and well within the quoted arrival time. He explained everything he would be doing and was very professional!

I like the fact that they don't use chemicals that will harm my pets. One of my cats is old and has asthma and is sensitive to chemicals and odors. After Zerorez cleaned our carpet my cat had no issues with laying on the still damp carpet.
The cleaning was superb and the Employee who did the work was Efficient and Polite and was friendly and knew what he was doing and did an excellent job. Would recommend him to anyone he was fantastic.!!!! When he was finished the carpet looked brand new again.
