Rod did an excellent job of cleaning our rugs and tile. I gave a 9 instead of a 10 because after he left we noticed our hedge next to where the truck was is burnt and dead from the pump motor exhaust for the vacuum. It will take years to grow back! He moved a little table next to my chair and then didn't put it back where he found it. I have two bar stools. He didn't even move them to clean under them. He didn't ask me if I wanted these other two things he mentioned after he was done. That changed the amount I would have owed to over $350. Maybe I would have used one of them if he had mentioned it when came.

I was extremely impressed with the scheduling communication and our technician. I have tried products that claim to be chemical free, green or organic that aren’t. Zerorez truly has no chemicals or after smell. I will be recommending and using them again!
