On time, professional, carpets looked great!!
The tech, Cameron is very knowledgeable and helpful. He takes good care of us. We specifically request him. He’s awesome.
First, I have used your company several times and have never had an issue until now. When I called to schedule, I told the scheduler that I wanted the same service as in the past. I only needed my master bedroom and an area rug cleaned. She said there was a minimum fee that needed to be met for a technician to come out, but that i should meet that. When the technician arrived he quoted me almost $100 more than my quote on the phone. Then said that the area rug would have to be removed from the house. I have company coming and removing the rug wasn’t an option, said he could clean it but it may not remove the pet stains and it may smell a little. A little is not even close. I have to throw the rug away now. I guess that part is on me because I told him to go ahead. Technician gave me a new quote and then gave me 20% off, which helped, but $180 for 1 rug and a partial cleaning of an area rug is a bit ridiculous. He cleaned the rugs in about 15 minutes and left. Usually when your company comes, the rugs smell fresh and clean. Not this time. The technician also did not clean the walk in closets in the master. Very disappointed in the service and lack of communication from the scheduler. Certain questions should be asked when scheduling, not up to me to know that area rugs need to be removed.
The service and technician were great. Friendly and professional. My only issue is that I chose the bio treatment for pet odors and the odors returned within a few days.

Zerorez is the best at removing pet stains from carpets! Zach did a fantastic job! I wasn’t sure if my carpet was salvageable due to elderly pets with medical conditions that made a lot of stains. Zach proved me completely wrong! My carpet looks brand new! I’ve never had good experiences with carpet cleaning, the stains never came completely out or they all came back in a few days. I’m glad I took a chance and trusted Zerorez to clean my carpets, I’m a believer that even heavily stained carpets can be cleaned. I have used Zerorez twice abd will continue using them. If you’re on the fence between companies, take a chance on Zerorez. Highly recommended!!

The staff was very polite. They went out of there way to ensure everything was done properly and did their due diligence to get all the answers to my questions. They made my couch new again!!!
