Showed up on time. Knew what he (Andrew)was doing and courteous.Explained the process and what we should do after he was done. The carpet is cleaner but the high traffic areas, well, that's why they're called high traffic areas. Still looks considerably better. Overall, we are satisfied with the cleaning and service we received.

I expected too much maybe. I guess I expected like new results never had this type of cleaning before so maybe this is the way it is. Z did good job cleaning my tile floors that’s why I chose Z to clean upholstery. Z no complaint re your worker. Guess he did the best he could. Too much $$ for the job. Live and learn about who to do certain jobs around my house I guess. If someone wants my opinion I say check around!

Zerorez always has the best customer service. Every tech I’ve encountered has been friendly and gives great suggestions for what my home needs. The service performed by the techs has always been outstanding and I’m always amazed at how great the cleaning is. When I moved out of my last apartment, the manager asked who I used for the carpet cleaning because it was so well done.
