The service providers were very professional and friendly. They were thorough and very efficient.
I was impressed by how fast the drying time was compared to conventional carpet cleaning. The cleaning solution they used was fresh smelling and not too overpowering. The carpet feels, looks and smells very fresh and clean and my technician, Kendall, did an amazing job.

A Good honest duct cleaning business is hard to find today. Ammond, with the assistance of Logan provided exemplary customer service, and demonstrated outstanding performance in cleaning our entire duct system. Ammonds knowledge and experience in duct cleaning and maintenance was really top notch. The equipment used to clean out our ducts was top notch. (Air whip at different sizes accompanied by 15,000cfm vacuum) they even showed before and after images of our duct work in entirety, and they definetly were able to clean it thoroughly, like new. If I ever need duct work again, I'm calling Ammond from zerorez. Will be referring people. Keep up the great work!!!!
Cameron was excellent and truly provided stellar customer service and even ended up changing my mind about getting tiles in cleaned in the near future. He was very patient and willing to hear my concerns for my business and provide additional resources such as duct cleaning for my home and importance for sanitizing and cleaning tile grout. We would absolutely recommend and use Zerorez again for a carpet cleaning service. The company was extremely professional, and courteous. The technician, Dale, was fantastic. He was extremely kind, courteous, and patient. He listened, and answered every question we had for him. He was very careful not to damage any walls or furniture, and was extremely thorough with the job.

ZeroRez arrived on time. The technician was extremely polite, professional, neat and efficient. My chair upholstery looks so much better!
I’ve had the upholstered sofa and are rugs cleaned a few times by Zerorez and have been very pleased. This is the first time I’ve had the tile and grout cleaned and also the grout sealed. At the time it seemed like everything was fine- we just had to keep off the tile and grout for a few hours and it looked good. The next day, 24 hrs later, our footprints were visible (dog and human) which indicated a residue on the floor. Zero residue?? Plain water mopping of the entire area solved the problem, with two bucket changes. My guess is the residue was from the grout sealer. The technician, Roderick M, was very personable and thorough and I’m not blaming his technique. I was just hoping to be able to enjoy clean floors for more than 24 hours before having to clean them again myself!
