I did not expect the stains to clean up well, but I was expecting to see the dirty areas cleaned better. When i used Zerorex the first time they did a great job, but not this time.

The person who did the cleaning wasn’t very professional or kind. Made fun of me for having spilled coffee on the rug, felt like he was judging us for how much stuff went into the reservoir and said it was like I hadn’t vacuumed at all, said we probably didn’t want to “move all the stuff off the counter” to have them cleaned. The cleaning itself was fine but the experience left me feeling worse than before he arrived. This is the second time I had a bad personal experience with the rep, will probably try another company next time.

We had a do over and still was left with marks left behind by the first visit
It was too expensive and there was a lot of dirt still in the carpet and flooring. nothing was really moved to clean and house was empty because seller had moved out. we got charged extra because they had to clean the carpet before they could clean the carpet, complaint of nails and other debris. that should have been included in the original price. also, the house had been cleaned before and the new estimate was triple the amount because they claimed the house was bigger than expected. overall, it felt like i was scammed and overcharged. i would not go through that experience again. it was too much to clean some carpets and flooring.
Kevin was courteous and respectful. I was contacted when Kevin was available a bit earlier than our scheduled time. Kevin was thorough, but also quick and made sure we were satisfied and had no questions before he left.
