The young man who did my service was truly amazing. Not only efficient and on-time … he welcomed questions and made recommendations about a future visit. The carpeting looks brand new !! This was the first time I’ve used Zerorez … it surely won’t be the last.

The technician Jeff was very friendly and efficient. We were doing yard work and he completed everything required in less than an hour and a half (1 large and 1 smaller room). There was no mess and we walked on the carpet the next day. Great service!
