Bert was amazing. He's incredibly professional. Everything is perfect. He explained everything as he went and it was all interesting. Couldn't be happier with Bert being the one to come out and get the job done. Couldn't ask for a better guy.
He explained what was happening, what else is possible, and what to do next time and how often, which I'll follow his lead and trust him. Couldn't have been better.
Fresh clean service
The people are very thorough in getting all the special places clean as well as the usual ones. My carpets look new after being cleaned by Zerorez!!
The best part of my service was our technician Steve who did a great job and made sure he cleaned every spot I pointed out where our dogs had barfed. He offered the carpet deodorant and now our rooms are much fresher. I am very happy with Zerorez.

Train better your employees who have less than 6 months experience. I am having to have zero rez come back and redo the carpets because nice as my tech was, and although I had this problem before and was assured I would not get an inexperienced tech, I did.
I rarely score higher than seven or eight. It’s not a statement about what you did or did not do
CJ was phenomenal. He was extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. The cleaning went relatively quickly and my carpets looked beautiful. He got out spots he wasn't sure would come out and in many cases, he was able to recognize that we used a rented shampooer and told us why that isn't recommended. Can't say enough about the knowledge and service he provided.
Nick was very professional, and courteous took very much patience with his work! I was very much very much satisfied with his performance! Not like the first time the person come out, he was not professional, and he had an attitude. Maybe because I have an attitude first because he didn’t listen to what I told him to do of where to park at, but my husband took over and he came in. But Nick had to come out and redo what the first guydid the first time. Some people do not need to be a part of service when they don’t want to be of service, I’m speaking on the first person who came out to my apartment to clean it. It was definitely not the last person by the name of Nick, he was great. And because of Nick, I will be using Zerorez again. Thank you. Didn't disappoint, some spots made by thefurniture legs weren't able to remove in one of the bedrooms.
Again, Luke and Alex were great. However, the rug dried "crunchy". I have had it cleaned before and it was soft to the touch. Not sure what happened or if it was not rinsed properly, but I wish the fibers were softer. Is there anything you can do about that?

My rug is clean and smells good. The gentleman who came to my house to clean was very professional and efficient. He was communicative and did a great job on my rug. I would have him back to clean anytime and would recommend him to my friends and family.
When I made the appointment I gave the address, including an apartment #. When the technician arrived, he was unable to complete the cleaning as he needed a portable machine instead of the truck. As a result, we had to reschedule the cleaning and also had to rearrange our schedules. The work was completed satisfactorily. After speaking with the local office, they gave us a discount due to the much higher expense than we expected when we made the appointment ($109. to clean 3 rooms).
This should not have happened. Whomever took my call and made the appointment was aware that this is an apartment and should have given the appropriate information and cost to us and to the technician,
Service techs are always prompt, friendly and efficient. Like the no soap cleaning process. Used Zerorez for many years.
The service was great.
We do still have stains on our carpet (they were less than a week old so I really thought they would come out). But the service was great and so was the attention to detail.
Diamond was awesome! Extremely professional and hard working, he took care of all the areas we had trouble with and my house feels so much cleaner.
