We haven’t seen the results of the service yet but the customer service provided in scheduling and pick up have been extremely positive. Specifically in the pick up process, the person communicated his arrival time, was knowledgeable in the questions asked, and extremely friendly.
I appreciated the communication beforehand and the instructions provided to prepare for the carpet cleaning. The technician was very well spoken, polite and punctual. He also did a nice job cleaning. I also appreciated the estimate upfront at the time of booking and no surprise fees at the time of payment.

The carpet was not cleaned as expected. I have been using your service last few times and it was good. This time they failed to clean lot of spots even after I requested. Disappointed.
