It’s the best cleaning I have ever tried
Carpet looked terrible when tenant moved out. Thought I would have to replace it. When Buddy showed up we discussed if it was worth trying to clean or replace. He suggested he try a spot treatment at no charge to see results. He picked the worst spot to address, and the results were positive. All the carpets turned out great.
The men were courteous and did a good job.

Needed living room floor cleaned and scheduling was on point. Got the job done before new couch arrived.
No chemicals. Very polite, kind service personnel.
Getting upsold on site is a bit frustrating. And today, 48 hours after the cleaning, stains are resurfacing. So after being upsold and paying the money - it certainly doesn't feel worth it.

They were safe to my pets
I was disappointed that I didn’t get everything I paid for. I paid for 4 rooms and 3 were cleaned. I must have made a mistake when I scheduled the cleaning. I also paid for two rooms to be treated for pet stains and only one was. I should have caught this and didn’t realize it until I reviewed the invoice. But feel that the technicians should have also noticed that they only cleaned 3 rooms and treated one room. So I was overcharged by about $138. I acknowledge my part in this mistake, I should have paid attention even though I was busy working.
