One thing I really appreciated was when he initially came in our house to look at the rooms he made sure to ask if my cats could go outside. He wanted to ensure they didn’t escape if they weren’t supposed to.

Quick scheduling. Just very pricey. The air duct technician very thorough up front with what he’s charging and really took his time with his work. The tile technician that cleans our floor not a fun.

The two rooms of carpet look great! They were empty so it was easy just to vacuum ahead of time. I did not know I had to pay ahead of time as the condo was empty. That would have been nice to know.
The cost of the chemicals to remove a stain was incredibly high and no guarantee to remove. I had Zerorez come out before and removed blood for a reasonble price. They wanted to charge my client $800 to remove a stain out of a bedroom carpet. That seems unreasonable.
The young man who came to our house was very thoughtful and courteous. He did a great job and I would not hesitate to use your services again!!
I was not pleased!he complained a lot about why he could not do certain things. He was 2 hours late. Not a fan after over 20 years of service. With your company. Don't contact me.
Jay did an excellent job cleaning my air ducts! I have some other issues going on with the vents and one duct in particular m, but he made me aware of each as the issues arise. I am 100% happy with the service provided!
I like how professional and efficient the technician was. He also was very knowledgeable about his job and explained the process of cleaning my carpets in ways that I could understand. He did a wonderful job on my carpets and I will definitely be calling them again in the future.

We had a great experience with Zerorez. I booked my appointment online and they were at my house 2 days later. The technician worked very hard and the carpet looks amazing. I would highly recommend this company.
The carpets are really cleaned well and dry quickly. Joseph Campbell, the technician who came to our home, did a great job and was very polite, friendly, and professional.
I described exactly what was needed done to the lady that answered your phone. She estimated it would cost $219. When your staff arrived they said it would cost $650.(bate and switch). The two men you sent to do the work were excellent. Polite and professional. I would recommend that anyone that uses your services have someone from your company physically review the job and give you a written quote before the job. The actual work done by your team was very good and professionally done.
