It works without the circular scrubbing

Jessy was EXTREMELY polite and was gentle with the walls, using covers and not slinging anything around. While he did work hard, we found that he overlooked all the crevices between the cushions, we checked everything after the sofas were dry and found that these areas where still quite dirty and a good amount of dirt and crumb debre was still present. It was not up to the standard I was expecting.

you advertised, even on radio, 3 rooms for one price, no disclaimers !!. when tech got here, and did review then it's a different price, doubled!! THE TECH WAS GREAT NO PROBLEM WITH HIM DID A GOOD JOB. I don't mine praying for good service, have used you guys for many years, but I don't like the bait and switch tactic. Going to look around next time.

Tech person is professional and pleasant. Cleaning was done fast and effective.

First cleaning, we had caused a very strong odor in a bedroom. Technician came back out to try to rectify and it did not work and we are now spending three times as much as the original carpet cleaning to get it taken care of. Contacted management for Discount and told nothing could be done.

We have used zero rent for more than 10 years. The service is usually great. I’ve never spent more than $160 to have the same three rooms done. The technician up sold my husband a bunch of stuff we didn’t truly need, and our bill was over $600. I gotta go shopping for a new carpet cleaner, because you all ripped us off unnecessarily. We are senior citizens on Social Security and wish we didn’t have to do this.

The technicians were courteous and professional. They did a good job.

No arriving within the schedule time frame. I had to call the call center why the technician was late. It took sometime to get a call back with an update . Since I was unable to reschedule for another day. I had to call a relative to be at the house to meet the technician.
