Price was as advertised and no high pressure

I had email approval from AllState that a ZeroRez employee would be by to clean the upholstery on 4 patio chairs, 6 dining chairs, and 3 stools.

Two attendants came on the first appointment. Said they didn't have approval, and this was going to "cost a lot more money". They spot cleaned an area of carpet that I pre-advised of and I paid this invoice and gave a $30 cash tip.

The guy said they would have to call me back about the upholstery, and they left.

I had to follow up with Zerorez, because no one called me.

The order wasn't even in the system. I had to hold for a long time.

It was all ridiculous. I had to repeat again what the order was and that I had approval under warranty.

A new date was set for April 12th at 12pm-3pm.

Here it is 2:49pm and no one has called 30 mins in advance to say they were on their way.

Bobby came about 20 mins past 3. He did a good job.

I am not happy with the service I received from AllState or ZeroRez.

Javier and Kevin were very professional and very timely. Considering that my carpet is over 30 years old, the did an amazing job. They explained everything before starting. I highly recommend Zerorez.

No smell, dries quickly and polite techs.

You hire good people and that's tough to do. Your products don't have a strong smell or appear to leave a residue that gathers dirt that defeats the purpose of having your carpets cleaned in the first place. The cleaning was successful and your technician was professional and friendly - overall success. I do have two suggestions though: (i) offer a furniture moving option for a fee; and (ii) your truck was pretty stinky - find a way to eliminate/minimize that smell.

The spot treating didn't work on most of the spots or traffic areas.
But mainly because the dry time was NOT what we were told. The carpet was splotchy and not dry until at least 24 hours after. Actually I think longer. Our carpet is not thick, not pile, and it still took what seemed like forever. We were beginning to think too much water was used or something. We were told the carpet would dry in 4 hours. So it took 6 times longer than what we were expecting.

Overall, I had a good experience the last time except that my office still has ordors. The other rooms with the same issue all turned out well with no residual oder. I always use zerorez, ever since I lived in Austin and also in the Dallas metro area.

Was very disappointed in pricing of cleaning my area rugs. I felt like I got nickel and dimed and still have stains on my carpets.

Did not get the "New20" discount. Service person could not do it before charging. Told me to call office. Called office and they also stated that they also could not do so. Stated they would credit it to my next carpet cleaning service, given that I elect to do so, which at this time I am not leaning in that direction, due to this.

The team was professional, reasonable, and friendly during the initial visit. They explained their services clearly and did try to promote additional options, which I understood and politely declined.

However, when I requested a recleaning of the stairs and a closet to address stubborn stains and dirty carpet areas, the second technician seemed unenthusiastic and did a quick, less thorough job. Unfortunately, the follow-up service did not meet my expectations.

Consistently professional service, shows up on time and does great work! My carpets look so much better! They respect your time and often show up early if you're available. I strongly recommend them, we use their services annually.

I bought this house brand new 2020. The house is four years old. There was just a little patch in my living room under my favorite chair and then in my office under my desk that the guy couldn’t lift up the dark area. He did try several times. It wasn’t even dirty. the water was almost clean just a little light brown. The guy was very polite, very professional, but I resented the fact that he walked through my house with his sneakers on. Not even I walk around the house with shoes on everyone leaves their shoes at the door. He told me it was Co. policy for them to wear their sneakers. I can understand that But walking around my house after he left and things dried you could see the outline of his sneakers, even the ridges under his Snickers all over my floor the list that he could’ve done was mop it up now I have to go and mop it up. I understand your policy, and I expect the company to respect my house rules.
