Following my service, my 10 year old carpet looks so fresh and clean. The technician was also able to get most of a red wine stain out of my upholstered recliner. Unless you were looking you wouldn’t notice it. I highly recommend this service!

I don't think your method of carpet cleaning should be recommended for light colored carpets.
Spots were not able to be removed and some of the light dingyness not lightened. The reason given was that after all it is that it is almost white carpet. Afterwards I was able to get the spots out with a few granules of laundry soap and water to thoroughly rinse them.

I don't think I have overly high expectations, but maybe I do so I don't want to fault the technician. He did what he thought was supposed to work using the products and equipment he has. If anything, give him some tips to clean light carpets.

Ordered pet treatment. They jacked up the price $300 (bait & switch), which I paid, but the smell is still there.

When you wash fabric with soap and water, but don't get all the soap out, it leaves the fabric feeling stiff. My carpet feels stiff like that, not soft. Since it took your representative a little over an hour to clean three bedrooms, a hall, and living dining area plus steam clean the grout in two bathrooms, I feel like it might have been a superficial job. Since the representative said he couldn't get the grout around the toilets as clean as other parts - which he did do a great job of cleaning - the dark spots are very obvious now.

I scheduled to have the carpets cleaned due to pet odor. The service person said he used the pet deodorizer, but the carpets smelled worse after cleaning them. I was out of town and expected them to be better but they were not. I don't know if cleaning them again would help.
