Our technician, provided exceptional service. He walked us through the process, showed us pictures at every step of the service. Provided details on the process, explain reason why service was needed and went over all the benefits for the service. A lot of companies talk about white glove service but our technician delivered on that promise. He is the reason I would do business with your company again.

We were able to get an appointment when we wanted it, they were on time and did a good job. Oh yes, the were very nice as well.
I have reached out with pictures, and still have not got a response. Once my couch fully dried, there’s still spots that don’t look clean. I sent pictures through an email. I paid $573 for it to be cleaned.
There is still a bad smell on the tile. I understand there is not a guarantee that it will work, but I wish there was a discount if it doesn’t work
After the technician left, I noticed the pet odor was still pretty strong. I called the next day to see what we could do about it and I have not heard back since.

The stains that we paid extra to get cleaned are still there. It was only supposed to be $99 for 3 rooms and ended up being over $300. I am not happy with the end result! My # is Phone number removed if you'd like to call me for pictures.

I got a quote for four hundred and something over the phone and then the tech comes and tells me its almost $800! Not even close to what i was expecting. You guys uncharge for type of area rugs, you charge extra to treat pet stains, you work around the perimeter of the furniture but still charge full price for area rugs when 3/4 of the rug isn't even being done. You dont vacuum or help lift even the smallest of objects. ( you STILL charge a $25 service charge) I took a lot of my items off to keep it below $500 as expected, and it took 30 min!! That is over $16 a minute ! On top of that, we heard a radio announcer say zero rez offering rangers baseball tickets to their customers - Not to us. This experience was horrible. Giving a 6 to be kind. Truly, this was a joke.

Chris was professional, he explained what I could expect. My carpet was old and dirty, it was time to replace it; however, I thought I would have it cleaned before I spent a couple thousand. I am gland I made that decision, because my carpet looks great.
Everyone we worked with from the sales rep to the technician did a great job communicating and explaining the whole process and what needed to be done at our rental property. Everyone was transparent and upfront about their services. We even got Rangers tickets and was not promised that beforehand! Very unexpected surprise. Would hire again!

I can see that the carpet is cleaner (much cleaner) where the technician sprayed directly on the carpet rather than used the rake to try and spread the spray. It is especially noticeable on the silver/blue carpet in my bedroom. There is a noticeable clean streak. Also very noticeable in the hallway. For me to pay almost double what most carpet cleaning companies charge. I expected a much, much better job. To me, it almost looks like a spot cleaning job. I am not at all happy with the job, nor am I satisfied. To make this right, my carpet would need to be cleaned again and treated with the pre-spray completely and not just here and there, which left clean spots and still dirty spots that are easily noticeable.
Tech scratched my hardwood floors. He did the right thing and took photos and texted his manager to call me. I haven't heard anything from the manager or customer service about the situation.

Professional cleaning service
Technician did not turn AC unit back on, did not offer to come back out (it was a Saturday) and I had to call an AC technician to come out on Sunday to turn the unit back on so we had AC.
Zerorez is great!! Always gets everything looking brand new.
