I've been using Zerorez to clean my carpets for many years now. I like that they don't use harsh chemicals, and the carpets always come out nice and clean. I recommend them for your carpets.

The technicians (sorry I forgot their names) listened carefully to my needs and then did a fabulous job of cleaning the carpet and getting rid of wear and tear stains. I couldn't be more pleased!!!

I have used Zerorez many many times and really disappointed once and that person no longer works there. I decided to give them another shot and boy!!, am I glad I did. They were outstanding and my carpet looks, smells and feel newer, it was in a horrible state but, was vastly improved by the tech that came out.
Try them, you will not be disappointed.

Very disappointed that stains were not removed and especially that the service I was sold to remove pet urine stains (at additional cost of approximately $200) looks to be ineffective after only 2 days.
They did a terrible job, the carpet looks worse than before!
Asked what was important to me.
Somehow figure out how to get up the dirty spot where the dog used to lay.
I liked getting a text message to let me know when they would be here. The walk through before the cleaning was very thorough. The cleaning was fast and took care of all of our stain issues.

Just wasn’t satisfied . Job was a work around empty room trash cans he couldn’t move because of what he said was a liability.
