Our tech, Chris, arrived promptly, did an excellent job communicating what was possible with our older carpets and was efficient and very pleasant.
They were prompt and on time. He explained everything to me, so I could make a sound decision.

The young man who complete work was pleasant and respectful. However, I don’t believe the work or results are sufficient. I know there were stains and maybe some cannot be removed, but once the carpets dried I cannot even tell a difference before and after. I have use you all before and saw great results. I don’t know is enough applications were taken or not but I spend $300 and for not results. Not impressed and would like this to be either done again or to be compensated somehow.

We were very disappointed in the results. We had a few spots on the carpet we were hoping to get removed and the cleaning made absolutely no difference. We also wanted the kitchen grout cleaned. We previously had dalworth come out and they were able to get the grout back to its original color because the grout is sealed, so it was a very easy job they said. Our technician tried a small space in the kitchen for us and the grout didn’t change or look any cleaner. We have white grout and after time it looks gray, but dalworth was able to bring it back to white. When out zerorez tech tried nothing changed. Very disappointed.
Zerorez does not use a detergent or soap to clean carpets. The Zerorez process to clean carpets works very well

I like the water extraction method of cleaning as it does not leave a trail of anything but “clean” behind. Our technician , John, was a pro & worked his magic on our 12 year old+ carpets.

The carpet got back to original color. The citrus fragrance was not too strong, and was gone quickly. Joseph was friendly and professional and explained all the carpet cleaning details thoroughly.

Cleaning the surfaces of my upholstery left a bit to be desired but it was generally a good job.
It may have been that the fabric had never been cleaned before but there were places that could have been helped, but generally it was cleaner than when started.
The Tech was very professional and courteous. Explained everything he was going to do and when finished he asked me to verify his cleaning. I would recommend him to anyone for service.

The crew that came to our house completed the cleaning of 4 rooms and 1 stair case were courteous and worked efficiently and carefully. We had several spots that we thought may not come out, but the crew go all spots out and our carpets were as good as new!
The technician stayed for about 45 minutes, and one of the rooms clearly still had a pet odor. We tipped him, but after throughly looking at the carpets, we could've cleaned it ourselves with a carpet cleaner. We are throughly disappointed in outcome of the carpet and the lack of patience taken to clean it. I will not recommend to friends or family.
