Great service and great results! The technician was very professional and friendly, and very respectful while inside our property. He called ahead, arrived on time, and cleaned the carpets quickly and thoroughly. The carpets look better, and the cleaned rooms now smell much more fresh and clean. Highly recommended!!
We had multiple places on out carpet that were not clean. Some areas of the carpet look worse than before they came out. The tech who came out also got residue on our wall and blinds. Overall very disappointed with the cleaning service. I did talk to someone and they are coming back out to clean again, so I'm hoping that turns out better.

Rooms had a “pet” smell to begin with . When finished, the rooms had a pleasant clean smell in them and the dirty spots were gone. Pleased with the results!
Carpet cleaning…and the technicians are always great!!
We had a few minor specks of ink on the carpet that was cleaned & the tech turned to a much larger area that is all smeared blue. It is much worse now & we have to replace a room of carpet!

I was asked to measure our sofa, I did so, without much instruction but didn’t seem to need more detail. What I was quoted and what ended up being the actual price was nearly double. Feels like that’s how this business does things so it’s harder for the customer to then turn your hardworking employee away. Especially when the need for the cleaning is time sensitive.
Your service employee was wonderful and did his best, however. No complaints about him, just the way this was handled by your company. Won’t book again as it felt like a scam.

My carpet technician was excellent but the service is quite pricey. He did a great job. Also since the service is pricey I did not appreciate having the tip at the end
