ON TIME . very friendly and professional. Took time to really clean my carpets. We had
some dark spots in master bedroom and they cleaned them up vert nicely. Picked up
all their machines, no mess.
He didn’t do a good job in the middle bedroom it was still pretty dirty my daughter went back over it with a shampooer that a have and no it looks and smells a lot better h could have done a little better it he had just taken his time

The tech who showed up. Dee, a great guy who was very informative, presented all available options and then helped determine the best strategy and products.
When the service was finished the carpets looked very close to new after four years of dogs and sub-par vacuums. There was also no residue or smells afterward other than smelling clean and fresh. There is one room we didn’t do but I will soon be calling Zerorez back to do it.

- the smell of cat urine is still in one of the rooms and i cannot get it out. Even though 2 pet odor treatment were applied to the room and a carpet cleaning

There are some areas near the wall and cabinets that might have been difficult to get to, that are not clean. They stand out compared to the rest of the floor, that looks really good. Overall, I am pleased and will continue to use your company.
