In every room you have a suggestion for an UPGRADE to add more services to the bill. I must have had 15 questions about adding new services to my bill.
The last appointment you left a huge spot on my carpet and you did take out the spot this time. That service should never be offered to your customers as it was very expensive and did not take out the stains in the carpet.
Luke was great very professional and efficient.
The website said all booked services during that week would receive 4 free Texas Rangers tickets, but it’s been radio silence regarding that matter. If you are going to advertise something like that there needs to be communication regarding that matter.
No harsh chemicals
Efficient, no sales job when the tech came to the house. Didn’t try to sell us other products. Kept us informed about what time the tech would be at the house and even though the tech was running behind, we were informed.
Very late for appointment made well in advance. Dispatch called at 9am to say they would arriving closer to 10am at the end of the 8-10am appointment window. Tech texted at 1030am saying he was 40 mins from arriving. By the time he arrived and started it was 1145 - almost 2 hours late. My valuable weekend morning was wasted. Asked for a discount and was told he could not do that. Also paid 30% more than the special rate after $35 in extras fees.
Experience was way below what I expected.
Slow down and listen to your customer and do your best for them.
I had already moved out before the cleaning. The technician who did my job was professional, courteous, and very helpful over the phone. My landlady said the carpets looked great, so it sounds like he did an excellent job!
The product used, efficiency, timeliness, cost.
My service provider showed up on time, walked each room with me to make sure he addressed specific issues and then cleaned the carpets quickly. They look great!
Great service and the carpets looked great. Technicians explained everything thoroughly.
The customer service is great. The technician very helpful. Let him know. I found one of his rubber hold of it goes on. The machine was found in the streets so if you ever would like to come by and pick it up, let him know I will keep applying.

The service technician was very professional and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He informed me how long it would take for my carpet to dry and recommended the ideal temperature settings for the air conditioning to speed up the drying process. Additionally, he offered some useful tips on keeping my carpet clean. I would definitely recommend your service to friends and family.
Buddy did an exceptional job in cleaning my carpets. I’ll definitely be using Zerorez again!!!!!

Friendly, efficient, and reasonable.
The odor eliminator I got charged for of $120 did nothing to the rug. It’s like if it was never applied. Also, there were a few hard dried mud spots on the rugs and the cleaning did nothing to get those few spots removed. And the back of my upholstered island chairs did not get cleaned on the sides nor the back of them. I ended up buying 2 area rug after I had spent my money on the cleaning. Basically, my rugs were not that soiled where a good professional cleaning could get the job done. I didn’t like the results of the area rugs, and chairs. I did like the carpet in the rooms. Not sure why the other items felt like they were not touched. I spent $465. I guess I expected better cleaning from their technicians or better products from the company .
This is the 3 rd time we’ve used the service. Always very efficient and staff very polite and clean. They do a great job!!

Jay was prompt, cordial and very knowledgable about the services we needed. He called to let us know his ETA and texted us upon his arrival. He assessed the house and immediately started the process, completing the areas of concern in just about an hour. He provided clear care instructions and gave us some tips to treating the areas that were of concern. A great experience!
