I've used Zerorez in the past and had Mario, he was excellent. I got someone else this time and he was nice, but left the carpet very wet. Prior the carpet had very little moisture when done. He said it would be dry in 6/8 hours, I went back 8 hours later and the carpet was still very wet. I don't think it was properly cleaned.

Clear communication before and during our service. Our service provider was professional and paid attention to detail. He communicated the process well and went above and beyond.
Will certainly use them again.

The price point is too high. I had three rooms and two hallways cleaned. I used the 3 room $99 special. The cost of the hallways was almost as much as the 3 rooms. My final total was $220 before tip. In the past, I've been able to get the entire house cleaned for around $300. So while I would love to highly recommend ZeroRez, I can't. When I use the service, I am going to have to have 1/2 the house cleaned at a time rather than the entire house.

The tech was fast and effective. After he finished with my upholstered chair, it looked better than it has in years!
