Everytime I get my carpets cleaned yall clean it so good and it doesn’t leave a smell

We had serious issues and had to have a re-do for our tile cleaning. I understand the men had been provided the wrong equipment for the job because the correct equipment was down for repair. The crew that cleaned our house twice was professional and courteous. The frustration and concern with having to go through the disruption of this type of cleaning twice was disappointing but zeroes did make good 100%.

Our Service Tech, Bert, was fantastic! Very thorough cleaning, explained everything in detail, and went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with the job. I will most definitely use ZeroRez again, and will specifically request that Bert take care of us next time.

Bart was very informative and friendly. He seemed to care about his work and wanted to do a good job. The only negative aspect of the service was that my arrival time was 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and the technician did not arrive until 7:00 p.m.

It was efficient, the cleaning was thorough, and the technician was friendly and professional. Absolutely loved my experience and I’m happy with the service.

Zeroez does a great job! They are good at getting stains out of the carpet. Very friendly staff. The 2 guys that came to my house were terrific! They did a great job and were very efficient.

Our first tech that came out, had a trainee with him, and we were not satisfied with the work they completed. However, I voiced my concern, and the company sent out Alberto, a Sr Tech, who did a much better job. Alberto was friendly, explained what he was going to do to fix our issue, and completed it in a timely manner. Thank you, Alberto, for coming out!

The carpets look great after cleaning, prices are great. Excellent service from Brandon who performed the service. Would highly recommend.

It was great although due to the weather it took much longer for my rugs to dry. I had to get fans to help dry. It took over 26 hours to dry. However the tech Chris was great!

The results… the carpet cleaning and the price was a good value.

Courteous service technician.

The technician was sent out with the wrong equipment on Wednesday. Thankfully zerorez responded with a redo and the techs with the right floor cleaning equipment were able to remove all of the disgusting residue from my tile. My technicians Javier and Corey were the hardest working courteous and excellent representatives for your company. My floors are clean and look wonderful. The equipment mistake cost you and me time and money.

I thought that my service man was not only courteous but extremely professional as well. He went to great lengths to explain what he would be doing, and shared his recommendations when asked. He was a tribute to your organization!!!

Julian Avila was amazing! We moved into our new home and the previous owners had two dogs that were not potty trained and we bought rugs and upholstery items from them before we moved in. He did such a good job explaining what needs to be done and why and what is worth splurging on verse what is not worth it. He communicated the entire time, was incredibly kind and considerate, and told us over and over again that he does not like gray areas and does not want us to be surprised at the price at the end and wants to be on the same page throughout the entire process. We were really happy with the results on the upholstery and rugs. When we need our carpets cleaned and upholstery cleaned again, I will ask for him personally!

Friendly service and the cleaning works. My off-white chairs look new again. My area rug and carpet look great and smell fresh! I really like the fresh, citrus scent.

In the past I have been very please with the results. This time, the technician was VERY nice, helpful and young (maybe not as experienced)?

He asked how it looked when he was done and i did say, it looks better. However when it dried, it does NOT look clean in the “high traffic” areas in front of the sofa, the recliners and just a random patch.

I’m not sure if he pretreated the areas or not.

He completed the job Very Quickly, maybe 15 minutes? It seems like in previous cleanings, the technician seemed to spend more time and got the “dirt” out. These were not “stains”.

It was more like dirt from people shoes.

I paid for 3 rooms and a hall, I believe ($140). It was a large living area and part of a dining room.

I do want to reiterate the technician was Very nice, respectable and professional. Just maybe not experienced.

This was our second time using Zerorez for carpet cleaning, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. That kind of dedication is rare and much appreciated.

This was also our first experience using their air duct cleaning and maintenance services, and we were equally impressed. The technician was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything. Since we couldn’t go into the attic to see the condition of the ducts ourselves, he went above and beyond by providing detailed before-and-after photos and videos so we could understand exactly what was done.

We’ll definitely continue using Zerorez in the future and recommend them without hesitation!

Pablo was terrific! He was very friendly, professional and knowledgable.

The service technicians that have come to my house have been terrific. Recently Pablo came and he was very friendly, professional and answered all of our questions.

I used Zerorez a couple of months ago to clean my sofa and was very pleased with Nelson and how professional he was,so pleasant and did a wonderful job. He came over this week to clean my area rug. again he did a great job. but when i got my receipt, i noticed you charged me $25.00 extra for a residential customer that I was not told about. I believe this this is wrong to charge this. I don't know that i would recommend this company to anyone of my friends.
