I paid over $200 for 1 room. Looked great. But after 2 days ALL the stains came back. I removed them myself with product from the grocery store. Looking this the same experience I had several yrs ago. NEVER AGAIN

I really like the associate you sent out Kevin he’s very polite. He was very cheerful. He was very efficient and getting this done. He didn’t waste time. I like the fact that it dried quickly.
It only took a couple hours for this to dry out. My carpet looks so much better it’s old and it made it look so much nicer.

Cesar was wonderful- very professional. Did a great job on a couch that was stained and worn by dogs sleeping on it. Looks great.

Ceasar the person that cleaned my carpet was very nice and explated everything on the dry time and other things that your company does, and if I needed them done just to call.

The person who came was invaluable and curious.

The products work removed animal urine and other stains. Thr people are also very knowledgeable and easy talk to.

My stairs were cleaned, but I can still see dirty spots. It’s like some significant sized areas were missed. In addition, it took 2 of the steps 48 hours to dry, which makes me think the dirty water was not pulled back out of the carpet.

I’d like someone to come back out redo the stairs.

The technician was extremely helpful. My carpets look amazing considering they are old. Also had the technician take an area rug for cleaning. Look forward to it coming back cleaned and fresh.

After completion, he pointed out areas that were worn.
He was very professional and knowledgeable. He cleaned up and left nothing behind.
