The guy who came was great and very respectful, so nothing to do with him. The process didn't make much of a difference and the gentleman said it was likely because it is a blend fabric of some sort and might not work. I would imagine most upholstery is a blend fabric so your product should be designed to tackle that. I also didn't appreciate that there was a residential service fee and a request to leave a tip. Your business requires onsite treatment be it in a home or an office, so why are you charging fees to go to either? If you don't go onsite then you don't have business.

There was no communication when a vehicle broke down and a tech was unable to come within the window. Last message was earlier and the tech was delayed, then the tech called saying in the way and will arrive in 30 mins. After an hour, I called to get a status, that is when I was told the vehicle broke and they were trying to reassign another tech.
Scheduling was convenient. Representative called when he was supposed to informing me of his arrival time. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I was informed of any issues.
Well, I have been a customer for 7-8 years and this past cleaning after the tech left and I left the house for a couple of hours so the carpets can dry. I noticed some visible lines with stains in a couple of my rooms that stood out that weren't there before the cleaning. I would like for Zerores to redo a couple of rooms and see if this can be corrected. . Thanks.
