Osman and Alexander were amazing! They both provided great customer service and Alexander went above and beyond. He was extremely thorough when walking us through the house and explaining what he was seeing and what he recommended to achieve the result we wanted. He took his time and I can easily say it is the best carpet cleaning we have ever gotten! Our carpet looks brand new! Even my 11 yr old commented on how wonderful the carpet looks and my mom, who had serious doubts anyone could remove year old stains from the rug was super impressed at how fantastic our carpet looks. Alexander is the only person who can clean our carpets now. Not only does he do an amazing job but he is friendly, down to earth and humble. An absolute pleasure to work with.

Matis cleaned our carpets in three rooms. He completed his tasks in a professional and friendly manner. We will be having our duck-work cleaned in a week and look forward to the same professional and friendly experience.

Alexander Lipscomb made my day! He is punctual, polite, professional and meticulous! He explained the pet odor process to me and began to clean. He did a very thorough job. Now my carpet looks and smells like new again. I will request Alexander again. He makes sure you are satisfied with his work, which I was. Zerorez has an asset with Alexander. My carpet is so clean and soft.

The gentleman was nice. However, after persistently trying to upsell me, I made him aware that I am a general contractor and I know how the service works and I only wanted the bare minimum. Persistent of selling is not a good customer service tactic.
Tech was in a hurry when we did not want all the add ons. Did not do a very good job.
We liked the way they explained about their services and suggested what might be needed. Our white carpets are white again!

Didn't feel like Tech addressed my issues with pre-spotting areas. I was able to spray my carpet cleaner on those spots and remove the spots after he left and the spots where removed by me. Sprayed my cleaner on the spots rubbed with a rag and rinsed with another rag and spots removed from carpet.
The Zerorez people are always so professional and friendly! They do a fabulous job. My carpets look and smell great. They are great with stains and are in and out in a flash. I have recommended them to many friends!
