My carpet still look like crap. I believe the tech went too fast.
The carpets look great. Stains are gone and the color is refreshed. The technician was friendly and communicated clearly. His customer service was outstanding.

A white film was left on the grout on the tile floor. Technician miss let us stating there would be a big difference in the floor if we didn’t do all the tile, there was no difference except for the white film. Terrible results plus paid over $375 for additional cleaning of the tile which was not needed!! Will not recommend will tell friends do not use!
From the initial call to the end of the job, I was happy with the service. They really do call ahead, do a nice job at the property, wear booties, etc. Pricing is fair, though there is a $25.00 fee baked into the total cost that I think could have been a bit more transparent at the outset. Overall, a very good company that uses safe products, and I will continue to use them in the future.

Our technician, Mr. Brown was fantastic. We clean our carpets almost annually and this was the cleanest they have ever looked. He got all the stains out of our carpets. Mr. Brown was very professional, timely and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend him, and hope we get him again next year.
Even with general carpet cleaning, my carpets were left very visibly dirty, as in, they looked exactly the same before and after zerorez carpets cleaning service was completed. As a repeat customer who was very happy and satisfied with my service with zerorez the FIRST time they cleaned my carpets, I expected the same excellent service this time, but that did not happen. I want a full refund or Zerorez to return and clean my carpets thoroughly and satisfactorily as they did the first time they cleaned my carpets.
