The tech's are always on time and very thorough in cleaning the carpets.
Explaining the cleaning process and what chemicals are used. Also promotional schemes are not explained or mentioned before service.

My technician was very nice and helpful. I was happy originally with the cleanup. However, within 5 days the carpet was back to before. Normally the carpet stays clean for about 3 weeks to a month. I originally had another cleaning scheduled but I cancelled it due to how quick the carpet turned back.
