Scheduler didn’t tell me over the phone I had to pay in advance due to it being a vacant home. Kept requesting the link to make payment and eventually had to call and do it over the phone. Tech turn the AC FROM 78 down to 72 and never changed it back running up the electric bill. Didn’t get stains out of living room or bedroom on front corner of house. It smells clean it just looks bad in those two rooms. The tech was very polite so I was very appreciative of that.

Pricing for service charges and other charges, not for actual cleaning, took my bill from $109 to over $200. That’s ridiculous.

Also, the website is easy to navigate. I only called to make sure there were no slots available the next day due to cancellation. I would definitely use y'all again.

I like how successful they were in cleaning our carpet. It looked AMAZING when George was done with it and we can't thank you enough. We also appreciated how thorough he was in not only telling us what we need to do in order to ensure the carpets dry and don't mold/mildew, but also in giving advice on what to use on the carpet so we don't ruin the fibers. Fantastic, A+ service all around. We would ask for him again in the future, specifically - that's how much of a positive impact he had on me and my family. A great representative of the company - thank you!
