Bert is one of the BEST technicians that have ever been out here. He was meticulous in his detail to cleaning! We had some bad animal accidents and he got all of them out! Thank-you Bert!!

Since I have pets, I appreciated the suggestions for ways to best clean and protect the carpet between professional visits. Bert continued to show me his progress and offer feedback on what I wanted the end result to be and if was satisfied. I was so impressed with Bert's knowledge and expertise.

We have used Zerorez for years. The carpets look good. The rep pretreats spots and door areas prior to cleaning which helps with the look of the finished product.

I am happy with how clean the carpet was, and, the technician was very polite, and did his job, I not satisfied with the dog smell. If your company wasn't so expensive and if I didn't pay extra for this, I probably wouldn't worry about it, but I'm disappointed with this part of the process as I cannot tell the difference from before treatment and after.
Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to get the job done professionally and as well as they have advertised if not better, I've been very pleased with this company and will continue using their services.
