Floors look great, service agent was a great communicator. Pet smell was the main reason for service needed. I still have a slight pet smell and last time the orange cleaning fragrance was amazing but this time I didn't smell any fragrance.

The special $99 offer did not actually turn out to be $99. It was deceptive advertising.
The person who arrived to do the cleaning immediately begin pitching an upgrade to the advertised plan as it apparently does not do the deep cleaning implied in the advertisement.
I found myself dealing with a high-pressure salesman.

What I found to be true of what he said was that it would take 24 hours for the carpet to dry and it was not hard and crusty. I was thankful that I did not have more rooms done as it would have made it difficult if not impossible to navigate around my home.

I did not find the cleaning process to significantly brighten or refresh my year and a half old carpets that does not see a lot of traffic from my wife and I, owning no pets.

All, in all we were disappointed with the service and the price point.

My bedroom carpet could have been cleaner. I think the technician needs to go over spots better and I should not have to ask for it.

Jay was awesome, he explained that no harmful chemicals was being used and at the same time showed me how much dirt was being lifted from what I assumed to be somewhat cleaned carepets

No soap residue

I can't remember the name of who cleaned our carpet and sofa, but he was excellent. He reviewed everything I wanted before starting and did a beautiful job!

The technician was on time and very pleasant, which was great. However, there are notable stains left both on our stairs and in one of the communal rooms. He was in and out quickly and very courteous, but when I went over the affected areas with our handheld carpet cleaner, I still got significant dirt out of the carpet in these areas. I wonder if he had taken a bit more time if the area would have been cleaner.

The technician from Zeroez did a great job!! He explained what problem areas he would take care of and went right to work. He arrived during the time line we requested and finished up about an hour later. We’ll be calling again for another cleaning in the future!
