On time and professional.

Service was way too expensive, being upsold at my home and associate trying to push product and increase my bill. Two small rugs in dining and living were OVER $300 which is RIDICULOUS. Fix your pricing structure. I will not be using this service again unless there is a massive sale.

My carpet was severely damaged on June 25th, 2025. I need a refund, and our carpet repaired. If the carpet is not able to be repaired, I will need the carpet replaced. It didn’t seem like he did a thorough job?! He was in and out in 25mins?! There were spots that didn’t look like any came up at all.

Have more powerful stain removal products for tough stain areas. Also, allow your special for 3 rooms for $99 to be combined.

Your product does not clean well enough to remove grime in tiles. Your website claims ate more than misleading. I get better results scrubbing with diluted bleach. Your tech the cleaning would lift and suck all the dirt/grime/residue and the sealant would lock it. Preventing dirt to accumulate.
When I complained that the tiles were still dirty. Their product did not do anything and said I certainly did not want the dirt to be sealed. He then explained that the was talking about sealing the grout. Whatever. Nice guy otherwise who tried his best.
It was a complete waste of $700.

The service and the folks who come out are just too notch

I have used Zerorez for years. The last 2 times, I have had to request a return to complete/finish the cleaning process because the carpet still had spots after drying. The first time, there was no additional charge. The last time... there were spots that were not in the carpet after the last cleaning or prior to the current cleaning. The next follow-up appointment is scheduled for Monday 6/30/2025. Any charges or lack of a charge is still to be determined.

Thorough clean and no sticky stuff carpet fibers after cleaning. Another carpet cleaning company basically buffed and used strong artificial scents and zerorez does not do that
