Nelson, the technician, was on time, professional and interested in getting the best cleaning results plus advice for further carpet care.

The salesperson went out to our commercial property to figure out the cost estimate to clean the carpet in one of the offices. Apparently, he did not communicate with the technician who was sent out to clean the carpet. The technician was not aware that anti-freeze was what was spilled on the carpet. He did not have the correct chemicals to clean that out of the carpet, so he just did the best he could.

Technicians are very well trained. They are always on time. They are also very polite and trustworthy. My carpets are always cleaned properly and look great when they are finished. Zerorez was quick to respond to clean a recliner my dog had an accident in. I always recommend Zerorez and have passed on your number to many of my friends.

My carpets were just as dirty as they were before. I had to do them myself after your tech left because my carpet was dirty and really wet. I am demanding a refund.

I chose zerorez because we have a family member in the business. But I wasn’t happy with our last cleaning. I had some bloodstains on our stairs from where a family member was injured. I was able to get an appt two days later. With my 3 room plus hallway special and the stairs plus an extra $100(!) to try to get the bloodstains out I ended up paying $350, way more than I planned. And the stains are still there. I called and they are coming out again but if the stains do t come out they want another special stain fee to try some other stain remover. I feel that since I paid the extra $100 there shouldn’t be another fee to keep working until they come out. Blood isn’t an unusual stain, and it was only 2 days old.
