I had my carpet cleaned in December 2023 and paid for pet stain removal which the technician did not get out. Cesar did a much better job than the last technician in treating and removing the stain. It depends on which technician you get. Some do better quality work than others. Cesar is one of them.
Carpets were not as clean as I thought they would be.
Technicians are always very friendly and knowledgeable. Most have gone above and beyond to recommend best options with stubborn stains and always seem to be able to get them removed.
Steven did a great job on cleaning my carpet. He was caring, polite, and thorough. You really get the carpet cleaned. Thank you!
Jaime, our service guy, came out and walked us through what services we might like to get so our home will be ready to go on the market. He was very professional and gave us a top-notch carpet-cleaning service. Would definitely recommend!

Javi cleaned my carpets on June 9th. He's a hard worker. He did a great job and is very personable. I rate his work a 10, but 9 overall because I had a bad experience with the tech that started the job before Javi took over.
The fact that it is advertised that you all do not use heavy soaps and cleaners to clean the carpet therefore the carpet stays cleaner longer. Also the kindness of your technicians. I had to have a redo on my carpet and Jaime was very friendly and made the carpet look like brand new. I highly recommend him.
