Had my carpets cleaned that only had a few spots. Then Tech said he could also clean tile grout on the floor, that also included cleaning the all the tiles. I was AMAZED as to how fast and Clean it became. In the past I have gotten on my hands and knees with a toothbrush and spent hours rinsing and sucking up the rinse water with a Wet Vac. No more of that for me!

The techs are a bit unpolished. I was told by two different people that they didn’t need to cover the vents. NO dirt would come out of them except the return and they would clean if it did. I insisted that we cover them and there was tons of dirt that came down as the tape was removed. My entire bathroom counter is under a vent and had dust and debris. This happened in the bedroom and living room. I think it just needs to be more accurately stated. Also, would be nice if you shared the before and after documentation.

I like the ease of scheduling and the price point is reasonable. The technicians were friendly and the carpets were cleaned thoroughly.

The customer service was great. The technician made me feel very comfortable and clearly knew his job well. The pet odor treatment worked great and my carpets are so clean!

Everyone was polite on the phone when I made the appointment. The carpet cleaner was very polite and did a nice job.

He seemed to do a good job cleaning the carpet but wasn’t there but about 45 minutes for 3 rooms, 2 recliners and a hallway and was critical of my furniture and carpet (it is all pretty old). I didn’t get my 4 Rangers tickets.

We had serious issues and had to have a re-do for our tile cleaning. I understand the men had been provided the wrong equipment for the job because the correct equipment was down for repair. The crew that cleaned our house twice was professional and courteous. The frustration and concern with having to go through the disruption of this type of cleaning twice was disappointing but zeroes did make good 100%.
