Easy to book, quick service, friendly team.
When we were not satisfied with the cleaning Zerorez came back almost immediately and redid much of the area without charge.
the technician was very polite, knowledgeable, and thorough! He explained every step of the process, and he was very careful in carrying out the work. A+

The gentleman they sent to clean the carpets and the master bath tile was thorough and did an excellent job. He was able to remove a couple of spots that previous companies said the could but could not. He took his time to ensure that everything was done to our satisfaction. We would definitely have Zerorez back again.
Carpets in my house were in pretty bad shape and hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The technician, Alex, did a fantastic job on the cleaning, and spot treatments for some really bad areas. Areas. He was knowledgeable and seemed to really care about the results for the client. We were very pleased with the results, and couldn't believe how much it did for the carpets.

The work was performed on Monday morning. As of Thursday morning, several of the stains have reappeared in the carpet. This is after pre-treatment of these spots. I'm curious if they can be removed/the stains lifted if another treatment were to occur?
