The communication stream was clunky and unclear. I didn't know who to go to with questions, and nobody acknowledged the texts I sent to the text line. The payment timing was also unclear, which made it frustrating to wake up to a phone call at 8am on Monday morning saying that the payment needed to be completed in order for the carpets to be cleaned.
Our technician and the quality of the service rendered were excellent. I already tell tons of people about zerorez.
Professional staff and quality work
We have splash marks on bottom of fridge and dishwasher that stained. The last tech that came out did try to remove them. They are still there.
The tech was great however as the carpet was drying the fibers were hard . It took over 8 hours to dry. once they were completely dry . I had to vacuum them 2x to smooth the fibers
The clean is always well done and everything smells fresh. Your technicians do a good job and are nice!
Our carpet is 25. Years old and looks like new you should see it. We’ve been with your company for most of that time

The team was very friendly and professional. I was able to work from home while they did their services with no interruption. Being able to look at floors after they were done and seeing the huge difference is just the best feeling.

Spot cleaning was too expensive and seemed like a bait and switch
We had lots of spots, especially in the master bedroom from animals. The two guys that were sent out told me they were gone and they tested things The room took 18 hours to dry and the stains were still very visible. So another guy came out who had had a lot of experience and told me he could get them out of there and they would not show what he did tell me was that the two guys previously had over soaked the carpet and since it took so long to dry and gone into the pad and then these stains resurface so he redid the bedroom and he said they will be gone and it shouldn’t take no more than eight hours to dry. He was correct. The carpet was dry in eight hours, but the stains were back all the same so your policy to fix this is that they’ll come back and charge me $75 for every 2 ft.² to fix all of the stains so they’re probably gonna be close to $500 this is reprehensible that was not my fault to begin with. I didn’t overwater And and I had offered both times. They came out if I needed the stain stuff I would be happy to pay extra but no no no this is gonna take care of it it didn’t but for something that I didn’t cause you’re gonna charge me close to $500 to fix it and there’s no guarantees that be fixed. Everything about this is so wrong. I definitely will never tell anybody about you all. I’m a businesswoman and this is a very poor way to do business.
Cleaning results are stellar and we will not use any other Cleaning Services.
The staff! Jaime! He was wonderful. He performed extractions in a bedroom where our much loved little old dog has accidents. It smelled so nice and fresh after the cleaning.

I described exactly what was needed done to the lady that answered your phone. She estimated it would cost $219. When your staff arrived they said it would cost $650.(bate and switch). The two men you sent to do the work were excellent. Polite and professional. I would recommend that anyone that uses your services have someone from your company physically review the job and give you a written quote before the job. The actual work done by your team was very good and professionally done.
