Quit trying to sell additional products/services while at a house. We ordered what we want and do NOT want to pay anymore than that. I have no problem with ideas for future visits, but it drove me crazy with the service reps stopping every 10-15 minutes to try to sell another "add on" to my call!
The guys that comes to do the carpet are very polite and considerate. They always does a great job. Real professional. I will be scheduling for the carpet to be cleaned again as soon as it needs it. Im very pleased with your company
No "fake" smell afterwards / friendly staff
We had Zerorez come last year and our carpets looked like new. When we were listening to the radio and your specail came on we called right away to get several of our rooms cleaned.
This is the second time I've used the company, I was charged alot of money & when the carpet dryed there were still spots. The cleaner did not arrive at my house until 7pm which was way too late. I never saw him even pretreat the spots.

Great job and amazingly fast too. Cleaned our new carpets beautifully (with two shedding dogs there was a lot of deep hairs, etc. that vacuming just wouldn't get out) plus added a sealant and included an extra room at no charge. No soapy cleaner smell, just fresh and clena. We will certainly use Zerorez again.

The professional and knowledgeable manner with which Phillip conducted himself in my home. Some of the stains looked worse after they dried; however, I think he did everything he could to get them out--I just waited too long.

The technicians are very professional. Zerorez did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. They really do make the carpet look like new.
No residue left on carpet and dry within two hours. Crew that was here was very professional. I would like, however, to have an invoice so that charges could be looked over instead of just a total amount due taken from a phone when job complete.

Customer service was great! Although, I asked that an additional landing be added to stair cleaning and I believe I was charged too much for that. My bill went from being $200 to $329 for additional landing, enzyme floors in living.
