Non-Chemical odor and speed of the process...
The young man that came to clean the house was in and out in 30 minutes or less. The areas of the carpet that I wanted to be specially treated were not treated properly and it appears that dirt is already coming back. It just seemed like a "hurried" up job. When he left the floor looked cleaner than it does now.
Cleaning products and follow up
Great job. Carpets looked great. Only wish there was a way to have stretched them a bit. Will certainly give you a call when I am ready to clean my upstairs. Thanks!
This was my third time to use your company,at first I was disappointed the tech I had requested was not assigned to the job. However I must tell you I think this was the best job to date and I would highly recommned Tony in the future to any of my friends.

You do not misrepresent your product capability, it performs as good or better than advertised. Your in-home technicians arrived at the designated time and were very thorough in their appointed task. We were well pleased with the results.

I love that the carpet is not wet after the carpet is cleaned. I also like that there are no harmful chemicals in the cleaning process. Zerorez, has always given us great customer service and wonderfully clean carpets.
The individual (Nick) who came to do our carpets was very friendly and willing to share ways to keep our carpet looking good. The finished product was great. I was so embarrased to have anyone visit but that has definitely changed.

This is the best carpet cleaning that I've ever had. Spots have always come back with previous cleaners and that doesn't happen with Zerorez. The carpets dry more quickly and stay cleaner longer. :)

we had a represenative come to your rental was very rude and had a smart mouth and not willing to work with your tenant. we have used zerorez many times and I was very disappointed on how your man handeled the entire situation and will have to make a decision if we will continue to use your company in the future.
