One thing that I thought cleaning would take care of was the
dirty pattern tracts that are walked daily around corners like
going down hallway toward kids room. It did clean hallways, but
it was just the pattern tracts. Maybe I'm not explaining correctly, but
all in all it really looked good except for the tracts mentioned. Our carpet
is about ten years old, so my husband said it probably was wear instead of
dirt. Not sure!! I will definitely use Zerorez again!!!

Show up when you say and do a good job
The carpets are better that I could have ever imagined. We had the issue of pet stains and they are completely gone now. It was well worth the money spent to have my carpets back to the way they belong. They techs were fantastic and made sure I was informed on everything they were doing even though I was at work while they were working on the carpets at home.

The tech was very friendly and very informative about the flooring.
My carpet was clean - the tech got all the "gray traffic" areas clean. Other carpet companies have never gotten them clean.
I am usually happy with the service I receive. I didn't notice this until the cleaner left but saw some spots that were missed. More importantly I paid for the pet treatment and then the fiber protectant. I have had this treatment before and if a liquid is spilled it bubbles up. We had our first spill this morning and the liquid went straight into the carpet no bubbling up. I was very disappointed as it appears it wasn't treated or done correctly.

The professional way your employees handle each situation. Most of all the results are amazing. I knew the job would be done quickly and all the stains were gone.
Ask to have service "first thing in the morning" You people told us that day it would be 10:00 am to 1:30, I called at about 11:00am to see what time it would be, you said it would be 12:30 "on the way". Waited until 4:00 to 4:30 PM. That is unexceptably customer service. This is the third email that I have sent, without a response. My guess is, that in reality, you just don't care!
My carpets look new!
I was not dissapointed with the service. My carpets look great. I am pleased. I would hesistate to recommend your services because of the price. I have not paid that much for carpet cleaning in the past but since my carpets were new I thought I would start out on a good note. I don't think others would pay that much. My husband was a little shocked when i told him how much. I got the cleaning and the scotchguard so it was pricey.
A clean, efficent car cleaning system and fast drying.
Being a bit more realistic regarding the removal of stains on the carpet. Also, when I spoke with Zerorez representative regarding the estimate at my home a week before the work was done,, he indicated that given the job, he would waive the $8.00 fuel charge. I was surprised to see that charge on the bill, which I received on Friday, July 8th, after the service was performed.
Your technician explained what he was doing and did a great job - beyond my expectations.
Mike is such a polite young man. We like the fact that it is safe for our puppy. No chemicals, or smell, and fast drying. This is the second time they have been here, and we will not let anyone else touch our carpet. We followed the advice of Jody Dean from the radio station, and he sure was right about you!!!

I love the fact that you use no harsh chemicals. The carpets stay cleaner longer. The swervice techs are always knowledgeable and courteous. I have used Zerorez solely for the past four years. Several of my neighbors also have used zerorez and continue to do so.
I like that only water is used; that it cleans so very well; and that there nothing left in the carpet that will attract dirt more quickly.
