I have used Dalworth before and was very unhappy with their services. I want you to know my carpet looked brand new. Anthony did a great job, you can tell he cares about pleasing others. I sure hope yall appreciate his dedication and hard work.
Technicians were professional and I like your product and service. Only complaint I have is the addional $60 pet treatment. I was told it was specially developed with over 1000 different enzymes (store brands only have 5 or 6)and it was a superior product. I was never told that it was a non-guaranteed product. Otherwise; I would have not paid the additional$60.
The service technicians show up on time for the appointment, calling beforehand that they are on the way. Technicians are professional, introduce themselves, explain what is to be done and work efficiently. After cleaning my carpets, they provide a walk-through for approval of the work done. Actually, my carpets look brand new with oil-based stains and normal dirt removed! The drying time was speedy.
I would definitely recommend Zerorez over all other carpet cleaners for their excellent service and results. Best value ever!

Phil did a great job of explaning the process to me and answering my questions!! He was able to get all the stains out of my carpets, except the red snowcone syrup (which had been there for who knows how long because my son hid the stain under a chair!) and my carpets looked new!! Zerorez is awesome!! Other carpet cleaners didnt do this good!! I will definately recommend Zerorez to everyone I know!!! Thank you Phil and Zerorez!!!

The service technicians are efficient and thorough but I wasn't happy about waiting around several hours because of a scheduling problem. Although I did receive 2 phone calls telling me about the issue, I was still irritated that the technician arrived 40 minutes after my scheduled window. Also need to get the scheduling problem fixed on the online scheduler. I signed up for a 11:30 window but received a 1:30 window. Yeah, I know there's a disclaimer but it was still annoying.

My dog had a 24 hour bug and had issues out of both ends. Zero Res came and cleaned our carpets and you cannot even tell where she had her problems. Thank you, Zero Res!! By the way, dog is much better now! :)
Only see a few spots,but your tech explained to me that it wasn't likely that 100% would disappear in the first visit

When I first called after hearing your add on radio I told the lady who answered the phone that as of yet I haven't seen a carpet company do what they say. She responded we do. Well when I got home the carpet looked no better or worse then after the last company cleaned it. I was really hoping the trafic areas where going to look like the rest of the carpet but they still had that dirty surface look. So in the end still not better than anyone one else just about the same. I really thought the truck mount system would pull the dirt out of those heavy trafic areas better than before.

Too pricey
I have areas that I think should have had some extra special attention. Some of the areas came back so I called you to come back to redo that area. I think the guy you sent back was Chris . I did not like his cleaning. The person who came out the first time did a better cleaning job. I understand it was not really his fault the spots re-appeared. The spots were deep in the pad and worked there way back to the surface
Carpet looks great, Brad was wonderful and price was good.
