Not push so hard to sell additional services

I liked the fact no chemicals were used. When I heard that on K-luv I didn't believe it, but was really surprised to see how wonderful my carpet looked. My son said it looked like a new carpet. The two gentlemen that came were very nice and very professional.

The look and feel of the carpet after it is cleaned. Also, the fact that all the crud and spots are gone after it is cleaned and there is no odor from your application and process. I also will mention the speed and friendly attitude of your service man, Tyree Coleman, was exceptional.

I was quoted a price of $249 over the phone for 4 rooms, 2 hallways and 2 8' round area rugs. When the tech's came to the house, they told me that they charged per stair and that 2 small hallways counted separately. I expected that, and asked the rep on the phone, but apparently he didn't count it in my price. I ended up paying $200 more, a total of $449 in the end, for 4 rooms, two "closets" 9 stairs and a 10x10 area rug.
The carpet looks great so I would use you again, but I will be asking how much from the tech first, since the phone quote won't be accurate.

Your technician was an asset to your company. This is the first time I have used your service. When I moved into our rental home, the carpets were in sad shape. Lots of stains that reappeared only days after I moved in. Obviously, who ever cleaned them before did a very poor job. I am pleased to say that the carpets look new and the problem/high traffic areas look great. The carpeting looks, smells and feels LIKE NEW! I would definitely use your services again and certainly be glad to recommend you to friends.

The technicians were nice and friendly and early to do the job. They were thorough and did a great job. I can't remember my carpets looking this good after being cleaned before. Awesome!

the high traffic areas looked great after being cleaned. It's been a week and I have tried to remove my shoes and step around those places almost every time. those areas don't look clean. I've heard on commercials how you can make the carpet look almost new, even the worst carpet. I was told my carpet was in pretty good shape and I understand the high traffic areas won't look perfect. I just thought the results would last a little longer than they did. the tech that came out was very polite and professional.thank you

too expensive and I actually feel I got the same results as I have gotten from the regular carpet cleaning companies. I have old carpet and I paid for alot of extra's that was supposed to have gotten rid of stains, yet after 5 days, they have come back so I waisted my money when I could have simply paid around 100.00 vs 400.00 and achieved the same results

Jody Dean was right - the carpet looks like new. The service tech was very professional and friendly and did a very thorough job.

I was VERY impressed that almost every stain was cleaned! Our carpet was filthy, and now it looks great! I am very happy as well that the product is eco-friendly. Our serviceman was prompt, worked very hard, and was in and out in no time. I almost feel like we are in a new house. Thanks so much!

The appointment was kept on time. Phillip explained the process before proceeding and asked me to inspect prior to doing the next room. Very courteous and my carpets looked before than they had with other carpet cleanings.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of the Zerorez technician. The floors were clean like new after the treatment and were fluffy after drying.

Our technician, Ben, was very knowledgeable about Zerorez. He was very curteous, took his time and did a great job. I was impressed by the look and feel of the carpet. I won't have anyone else clean our carpets!

Brad did a fantastic job. No chemicals to smell and carpet dried a lot faster. With small children, spills happen and I'm just glad Zerorez is a reasonably priced service to help us keep the carpet clean.

More time and cleaning effort could have been spent on the track areas. The track areas did not come completely clean. Also the carpet was left very wet. It took about 4 hours for the carpet to dry.

We did however, appreciate the non-chemical clean very much.

When you tell a customer that they are the very first appointment in the morning the technician needs to show up closer to the beginning of the window. There is absolutely no reason to be an hour behind first thing in the morning. Otherwise the service was great which is why we have continued to used this company despite repeated struggles with the technicians showing up on time.

The two gentlemen who cleaned my carpet were very professional and let me know what would come out of my carpet and would probably would not come out. My carpet looked and felt very nice. Thank you.
