Very friendly technicians, the carpets always come out clean and they stay clean. The carpet protectant that is used works very well.

I purchased this service for my elderly Mother. The appointment was between 4 and 6:30PM. Your attendant arrived at 7:35PM, my Mother was very anxious about some one in her home that late. The carpets turned out wonderful.
The problem he said was his truck broke down. On the surface that seems to be accidental, but the last two times Zerorez was at my home in the last year the truck or eqipment also broke down and my visit lasted later into the night, 10:30PM.
Even though you compensated me last time a part of my bill, now I am pausing to determine is this what I have to expect to get great cleaning?
If your fleet or equipment management program is not tracing these occurances they should as this is also a critical part of the overall performance. The equipment and trucks are important tools to provide the service.
All three times this has happen it has been after your standard hours and the office was closed with no emergency personnel on call. Should there not be someone on call until all trucks are checked in. The Serverman at my place the last time had the number of a shop guy who had left but had the number of another truck that had not came back to the shop and intercepted him. I'm sure that was not a fun call for him on Friday night, I bought him pizza. Maybe you have all the right things in place, but I did not see it. Every business which has customer facing must focus on the customer experience in all aspects of their business. You will be at my home again on August 12th I hope my next survey says 'My time was respected, the Carpets are amazing'.

As with all new things I always approach them with some reserve. This reserve eased some upon the arrival of your crew when they showed a professional but friendly manor. They got right to work and explained what steps they would take and the potential results and even whenthey might have a result not quite as good as they wanted. This again eased my reserve since I also had thought that there could be some short comings. However I am now completely happy since all turned out with excellent results. I feel that my wife will be very happy when she gets back from her fun trip and sees the carpet, I plan to have some fun with her and just prior to getting to our house will say somthing like " oh honey I need to tell you that we had a couple of guys get in to the house and they took a lot of stuff out" and when she goes inside I'll let her look then indicate she should look at her carpets to see all the dirt is gone. Of course I will get hit about that time or no home made biscuits for breakfast the next morning. Tell the guys I enjoyed them and all the spots are still gone.

The agent who came was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. He took the time to explain the process to me. My carpets look very clean and feel so good under my feet. i had some tough stains that I was concerned would not come out but they sure did and without all those soapy chemicals. This is my first time using Zerorez and I plan to use them again.

It did the job as advertised. It's ashamed to say, but that is not always the case anymore The tech was very good at what he did. He explained about the process and did a great job. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to friends and family.

Not particularly excited with the way the ceramic tile looked. Also the stain on the chair came back after he left. Carpet looked nice.
