I sent you an email on July 30, two days after my carpet and upholstery cleaning. You did
not respond. I had problems that needed to be resolved. Please check your email of July 30 and you can read what the problems are.

A very clean carpet and less drying time
They are chemical free, carpets dry faster, process is quick and employees are great.
Stains are removed and don't return as they often do with other services. Your process dries quickly and allows you to resume a normal lifestyle.
Heard about the special on KLTY, which I could afford! I knew I'd have to pay extra for pet stains, but it was so worth it!
I really liked the cleanliness of Jamal and your product. We were afraid that by being the last appointment of the day, we wouldn't receive as good a job as if we were the first. However, Jamal did a fantastic job and took his time and was very particular in the job he was doing. The extreme heat of the water also seemed to really do its job. We can't believe how clean our carpets actually got because they were so bad before.
Every appointment the technicians were several hours late (3.5 hours late without even a phone call on one occasion), sent over $2,000 worth of rugs to be cleaned and they were gone over 5 weeks and then returned dirty to me. One even had tons of sand falling out of it and we didn't sent it in that condition. I was very disappointed in this company that I had heard rave reviews about and spend top dollar to get my stuff cleaned. I felt it was a waste of money and time.
Friendly, professional, great cleaning job, environmentally friendly
Only complaints would be the scheduling process was not customer friendly since you don't find out your time spot until the night before. Also, the drying process took as long as traditional carpet cleaning which was OK but not what was anticipated.

You need to coordinate scheduled appointments and working around emergencies better. My appointment was between 11:00 and 1:30 and the technician didn't end up arriving until 6:00p. They did update me by phone, but I was pushed back twice and then technician was changed. When tech arrived he was rushed and I don't feel job was as thorough as the first time when tech had plenty of time. My first experience was wonderful. The second not so much.

This is the second time I have used you services with excellant results. The first time was on very dirtey capet traffic pattern and 3mos later it was still as clean as the day it was done. We sold this home 6-29-11 and your service saved us from buying new carpet.
This second time 8-9-11 in our new home the previous owner had the carpet cleaned before we moved in but the pet stains returned worse than before cleaning. We purchased on your Tech's recomendation the pet treatment and I can't find the spots at all. If this works like I think it is going to you can have customers call I will give your company a excellant recomendation.
The guys were very nice and knowledgable, but I'm surprised your company doesn't have a solution for the following problem: The guys step on the wet carpet that they just cleaned then they walk on my hardwood floors leaving foot prints throughout my house. I can provide pictures if you'd like. I brought it to the Tech's attention and he seemed surprised it happened. He offered to clean it but I turned him down because it was through out my house at this point. You simply couldn't take a rag and clean one spot. Now this weekend I have to clean my hardwoods, after I hired you guys to clean my carpets.

The gentleman who came out to clean my carpets was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. Additionally he was very knowledgeable. He was awesome! The receptionist who I made mt appointment with was very nice and sweet and polite! They came out same day! The carpets look great.
First of all, I was blown away by the effectiveness of the cleaning. My carpets literally look brand new. They went from grey to beige in one hour. Crazy! I'm recommending you all to all my friends, family, and clients. Brad, our expert, was awesome. Very polite and easy to talk to.

How clean the carpet is afterward and the fact that your employees are in a 'uniform' and easily recognizable so I do not have to be concerned about letting them into my home.
Customer service was great! Although, I asked that an additional landing be added to stair cleaning and I believe I was charged too much for that. My bill went from being $200 to $329 for additional landing, enzyme floors in living.
Quit trying to sell additional products/services while at a house. We ordered what we want and do NOT want to pay anymore than that. I have no problem with ideas for future visits, but it drove me crazy with the service reps stopping every 10-15 minutes to try to sell another "add on" to my call!
The guys that comes to do the carpet are very polite and considerate. They always does a great job. Real professional. I will be scheduling for the carpet to be cleaned again as soon as it needs it. Im very pleased with your company
No "fake" smell afterwards / friendly staff
You advertize that no residue is left in the carpet to attract more grime so I'm hoping that the promise holds true. The process took only an hour to complete. The carpet was barely damp for the most part. There were a few spots that were damper so I put a fan on them and the carpet was totally dry within a hour.
