Excellent job -- exactly as advertised.
I guess I just expected my carpets to feel better than they do. I see that they are cleaner but they are not fluffier than they were. They are still flattened down and not soft like I expected cleaned carpets to be. I won't say I'm dissatisfied but maybe just not as happy as I thought I would be when my carpets were cleaned.
disappointed by the carpet cleaning services I received from Zerorez. The technician that cleaned my carpet was so concerned with up-selling services that he did not focus on completing the basic services as promised by the company. I suspect that there are areas that the technician did not even attempt to clean since they were dry to the touch after he cleaned them. The high traffic areas that I wanted cleaned look as if they have not been touched. My carpet is good quality and has only be in my home for a year. In addition, I was not given a receipt for services rendered, and I was told that it would be available online. I was displeased with my carpet cleaning services, and I contacted the company to have them return and try cleaning the carpet again. A technician was supposed to come on Friday, September 26, but he did not show up or call to reschedule. At this time, I am requesting that my money be refunded since my carpet was not cleaned properly.

This was the best experience I've EVER had with any carpet-cleaning company. Carpets actually dried quickly, there were NO chemicals used (which also meant NO chemical smells!), and everyone I dealt with at Zerorez was extremely professional. My carpets look amazing! I couldn't be happier with the quality of service and the price. Thank you, Zerorez!

It works better than the alternatives, the carpet stays cleaner longer, the service technicians are quick and friendly, the price is comparable and reasonable, and y'all will come all the way out to our town. Thanks for a second positive experience. We'll be using you again in the future. We have already recommended Zerorez to many friends.

Number 1 reason is that I had some issues that I called to talk about and after talking to 3 different people who had 3 different answers I was told someone who could answer my questions would call me back and to this date no one has returned my call.
We heard your ad on KLTY and called to take advantage of the $99.00 for 4 rooms and 2 tickets to the state fair. My wife could not get a scheduled time when one of us could make arrangements to be there so our daughter agreed to be there in our stead. My wife agreed to the 20th and was told we would get a call 24 hours prior with a time.
Tuesday 9/20 was our scheduled day. We gave our daughter a check and said no extra charges and dont forget our fair tickets. The Tech came and at THAT time said your process will strip the scotch guard off our carpets and that it would cost an additional $30.00 a room to replace it. My daughter said no because we had told her NO EXTRA CHARGES. We should have been told the day we called to set the service up that your process strips the scotch guard off. We would have never set the service up. Secondly, your tech said you were out of fair tickets. Another thing we should have been foretold, that is false advertisement. Thirdly, being the new customer that we are, not being foretold of your process and not receiving our advertised state fair tickets, he refused to clean a 3 foot wide by maybe 8 foot long hall. Worry Free carpet cleaners, whom I have used many times and always does a great job, always cleans my hall and never charges me for it. Fourthly, we received an email with our charges and I was appalled that we were charged an $8.00 fuel charge. We would have NEVER agreed to that. Lastly, when I called to complain, I was told by the first person that my state fair tickets were in the mail in which I replied you need to let your tech no that because he said you were out. She said she would have someone call me back so we never addressed the other issues. The 2nd person told me tickets were no longer available for appointments set up after the 18th. My wife set our appointment up on 15th for the 20th. Sounds like bait and switch to me. Even if you MEANT appointments that would OCCUR after the 18th, my wife was not informed that tickets were not available. Again I was told someone would call me back to address my issues. The third person I talk to was a s dumbfounded as I and told me I would get a call back to which has yet to happen. I am trying to be patient and understanding, but if I have not received a call back by Friday, I will be contacting KLTY to express my concerns.
I think we were way overcharged for what was done. I was quoted a special for the first three rooms of $99.00 plus the fourth for around $168.00 then $50.00 dollars per room for sealant. So that would have been about $368.00. We had two oriential rugs which they had to look at on arrival and we added our stairway. Our bill was $1,255.01 so I guess the stair way and oriental rugs were $877.01. That's ridiculas !!!! I will never use you again !!!!!!
I was told i'd get a phone call 30 minutes before......I did not. I was told i would be the 8:30 time slot....he got there at 9:30.
I own my own company, so i get morevthings than most....but i think most folks can't work in a 3 hour arrival window. I think your routing mnanager needs to a fire lit under him.
Outstanding job done on all carpets throughout house, looks like brand new carpet.
Brad was super nice and friendly, but most importantly, very knowledgeable about carpet stains and and the cleaning process. The carpet in one of our bedroom's was embarrassingly dirty. I thought we might need new carpet. I was amazed at the results. Thank's Brad.
The fact that you leave no residue behind. Your phone people need to enlighten the customer about the upcharge for deep cleaning instead of just metioning the $99 special it would make for much better customer relations. Your tech did an excellent job and did a one+ service not charging extra for the deep clean; as my wife was very upset that we were not warned in advance of the deep cleaning up charge.

I've used Zerorez since before they were called Zerorez and have always had great success. The spots really do NOT come back!
