How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The serviceman was very nice, but I especially had him out to look at a nasty paint stain that Stanley Steamer could not get out. (At the same time, I had him clean the 3 bedrooms, which he did okay, but didn't move a stick of furnitiure - even the light pieces.)
Anyway, when I showed him the paint stained carpet in den, he didn't get down and feel it or anything. He just said "If Stanley Steamer said they couldn't out, neither can we because we use the same chemicals".

What do you like about our products and services?

My rugs were not wet, and it did not smell afterwards. Also, the stains have not come back after a week. Thank you again.

Carpets look like new, had some stains on one area and they are gone. Will definetly be using Zerorez again in the future.

Everything looks wonderful! Brad & the other gentleman's whose name I have forgotten were such good workers. They came in sized up what needed to be done, explained to me what they were going workers. I had a family crisis come up during the cleaning. They both were very concerned when I explained that our granddaughter was missing in Ft. Worth. They were relieved when we go the good news that she had been found, wrong bus. This meant as much to me as the superb job they did. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

What do you like about our products and services?

I LOVE THAT IT DOES NOT LEAVE SOAP AND CHEMICALS BEHIND IN THE CARPET! IT LOOKS LIKE NEW AND IS 5 YEARS OLD AND WE HAVE 2 INDOOR DOGS! THE DIRTY WELL TRAVELED AREAS ARE SPOTLESS, AND THE FEW STAINS WE DID HAVE CAME RIGHT OUT! THE CARPET FEELS SOFT--NOT CRUNCHY AFTER OTHER CLEANERS DO THEIR WORK! I WILL NEVER USE ANYBODY ELSE. PHILIP WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, AND EXPLAINED IT ALL BEFORE HE DID ANYTHING. AFTER HE CLEANED EACH ROOM, HE HAD ME CHECK IT. THEY WERE PERFECT! YOUR COMPANY GETS A 10+

Very pleased with results but would be happier if you had something to completely remove puppy stains. Service tech was very courteous and professional.

The fact that clean carpets are really clean. Carpets stay clean so much longer that=n other carpet cleaning companies. This cleaning was for an elderly gentleman who really needed clean carpets and he is still smiling!

The Zerorez employee was excellent, briefed me on what he was going to do and how long it might take. As he finished each room, he had me verify thqat it met with my approval. He was courteous and competent. A great representative for your company. His name was Philip.

We have used your product on two previous appointments. Each time, including this time, the product has proven to be effective, applied efficiently and with reasonable drying time. No fuss, no muss. We will continue to use Zerorez.

What could we do to improve?

In the end, we were happy with the good job that was done by the service person that was sent to clean our carpets. However, after having scheduled our appt. nine days in advance, and receiving to phone calls and an email to confirm our 3 hour time window on that date, we were called 30 minutes prior to the "estimated time of arrival" with bad news. My husband answered the phone and eas told by the technician who was intially supposed to clean and stretch our carpets, that he would need to reschedule us, due to another job that he was already working extending the amount of work he and his crew were doing. He actually told my husband on the phone that he didn't want to turn down an additional two to three thousand dollars of work to come to our appointment!! Our appointment that had been scheduled for nine days prior, and that my husband and I had already spent four hours the night before moving our furniture to prepare for.
Needless to say, my husband and I were very angry with this news and had to demand that the company send out any other technician with the carpet stretching tools -- SAME DAY! We were not about to reschedule after moving all if our furniture and planning so far in advance for a Sat. appt.

In the end, my husband had to threaten the manager with wanting to speak to the owner about bad business practices. The manager of course didn't want that to happen, so he pulled one technician from another job and sent him to us. Finally, we received good service from that individual!

I had good results, but some of my upholstery looked less clean than other areas. I decided to go ahead and have it done though I thought it was way too expensive for the amount of time it took. Also, I was charged an additional $100 for a non-guaranteed pet treatment that was not mentioned or explained to me. The first I heard about it was when the charge appeared on my receipt, after the technician was gone.

Mark Davie with KLUV 98.7 advertised a one day only special, 4 rooms for $99.00. He discussed how "great" Zerorez is about getting odor and stains out of the carpet, well thats what we budgeted for was that "one day special four rooms for $99.00. Instead our bill was just shy of $400.00 !!!!!. If you are going to charge for more than your special then you need to be upfront about it!! basically we paid $99.00 for you to just show up then hit us with nearly $300.00 dollars of cleaning fees. Very disappointed!!!
